Comfortable family-owned hotel

The hotel is owned by a local family. They don’t really speak English but they’re nice and trying to be helpful. The room is spacious and has this local Bukhara vibe. You also get a really nice local breakfast every morning. The hotel is located not far from the old town so you can visit many tourist attractions within walking distance.

Unforgettable 3 Days in Bukhara

A superb new hotel (opened in September 2024) designed by the very famous architect Zaursho Klychev a. Really a BOUTIQUE hotel, we had a painted headboard in our room, natural wood furniture. The room is big. The shower floor is warm. The patio is an open-air masterpiece+museum (the ancient doors, fragments of the stone floor of the house of the teamaker padishah who lived here are preserved).

We arrived on a rainy night and the lady at the reception kindly offered hot tea, snacks, and checked the next day's weather condition for us. Lovely little touches like this made it a great short stay.

I had reserved one night but wound up staying for three. Staff are kind and nice but very reserved (maybe because of lack of English). Location is good since very close to all the sights and a bit set back from traffic on main road. Problems: one can hear neighbors talk and horrible internet signal in rooms. Breakfast is ok with several options
