Both front desk managers - Sam and Holden were so accommodating, personable, friendly with great smiles & attitude to be helpful! They gave me late checkouts without additional charge. The cleaning person was Nathan and he was also awesome because I forgot my key in the room & he used his to unlock the door as I was ready to finish packing to depart.
Price was reasonable for the location and the accommodations were brand new, well-maintained lobby, hallways, restrooms & room was clean and modern.

There was a strong urine smell on the first and second floor along with the elevator. Along with the toilet in the room would flush but the tank would not fill and the water kept running

Fairfield by Marriott in Whitewater, so disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel due to location and price for a business trip. The hotel and staff on check-in were very good and one was in training and did okay. I had one issue and spoke to Sam and everything was taken care of.
I was surprised when I returned after work that the room had not been made up. When I went to the front desk and spoke with a person who advised me they only clean (refresh) the rooms on the third day and make the rooms on the fifth. This disappointed me by taking a nice hotel into not much. I like when I travel for any reason to come back to a made up room. If someone from work would meet me it would be nice to be able to bring them to the room. The desk person told me this was implemented during Covid and they are continuing this as the staff turn over is high and it’s hard for the staff to clean all the rooms daily. Actually said the cleaning persons may get up to 20 rooms each to clean and its are on them to do more. Well my first thought was then the room rate should be lower as they are not paying help to clean the rooms. The room rate was kinda high for summer prior to school being in session. When I asked is it posted anywhere she told me on the room key holder and so it is. I don’t normally read that as it is mostly advertising. I again was taken back as the person who checked me in didn’t point it out or say anything regarding the cleaning policy. Anyway shame on you Marriott when you stay at a nice hotel you expect some service for the price or at least to see it in writing on the desk or the check-in person advising you about it..

Cannot say enough great things about this property. 10 of 10 in all categories! Exceptional
staff and management. Wow!
