No essentials were in the restroom. For what you pay the housekeeper can do a better job and leave hand soap etc for you to wash your hands after using the restroom. Not me using the shower essentials to make it work.

Weekend getaway and this spot was perfect for all the right reasons! Close to our friends, amazing breakfast buffet, quiet and comfort!

Great dtay . This was originally what i had in mind about a month ago. I saw this on hotel.com and it was about 20.00 more but well worth it. Price was approximately 15.00 more than a regular room but we were traveling with my 3 year old grandson. This place has a decent kitchen and is a 1 bedroom unit. Makingit .uvh easier to put him down for a nap and putting him down for the night much easier. The beeakfast is included and iis very nutritious. This place has a hot tub and pool. 24/7 laundry facility. The customer service people are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at

Check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM, but we weren't able to get into our room until 4:40 PM, so we had to wait. We have a small service dog and were given a room on the first floor. When we asked to be moved to a different floor, the woman at the reception told us that dogs are only allowed on the first floor. Later, we found out she lied to us because we saw people with large dogs in the windows on the second floor while walking around the property. When we asked to change rooms or to move the next day if a room was available, she sharply responded "no" without any consideration. The customer service was terrible.
As for the room itself, it smelled awful (similar to feces) and was extremely dirty, with grime literally everywhere. If you take off your shoes and walk around for 10 minutes, your socks will turn black. I’ve attached photos. The rooms are very dark, the bed creaks terribly, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. If someone is above you, you can hear every step they take. The Wi-Fi constantly disconnects. All the furniture is in terrible condition, torn and dirty, making it unpleasant to sit on. Outside, the trash bins are full, with bags of garbage piled around them. There is nowhere to walk a dog; the hotel is practically in an industrial area at an isolated intersection.
I believe this hotel is not worth the money. We have stayed in motels that were half the price and much cleaner and more comfortable. And they didn't charge a $250 deposit.

Uncomfortable and disgusted

They will steal your deposit when you gave them back the room in perfect shape and on time. The employees never answer the phone and they have a nasty attitude . Ghetto hotel I would never stay again! Be careful don’t come here ! It’s too pricey for what you get anyways !
