Best in Springdale

Stunning Lodge. Really- exceptional in every way. The staff were so kind and personable. The room was modern, clean and a breakaway from the old standard. The breakfast was also so good! I recommend the avocado toast!
There were some other guests at the hotel who were rude to the team. I was shocked to see this. Keep in mind, some folks are just plain entitled. You have to keep this in mind when reading reviews.
“Our bed needs 8 pillows”
“One egg was good, one egg was bad, oh and where’s my latte” (no latte had been ordered)
If you can handle only four pillows on your bed, and perfectly poached eggs, then this is the spot for you (just a touch of sarcasm).
But seriously, a wonder foot to stay and eat at!

Location location location

This place was perfect for exploring Zion. Stayed here when it was The Lodge at Zion. Renovations were ongoing but didn’t adversely affect our stay. There was a complimentary breakfast when we stayed which was pretty much the same every day but still tasty and filling. Good for grab and go into the park. Although I think this is no longer offered. Room immaculate and we were upgraded to a 1 bed suite. The lounge/kitchen area was really missing a sink and the fridge struggled a bit.
Hot tub amazingly hot for post trail soaks. Swimming pool, without doubt, the coldest I’ve ever been in.
We are going back in May 25, they really looked after us, when we had to cancel our Oct trip due to a family bereavement.

We had a great stay at Red Cliffs Lodge. It is right in the middle of Springdale and so close to the entrance of Zion. We were here during off season, so many resturants were closed. Do eat at the Farmstead! We would stay here again.

If you enjoy a cold shower to start your day, this is the place for you. We, however, enjoy warm showers and there was no hot water in the shower the entire four days we were there. When we booked, we booked a king size bed, at check-in the front desk confirmed a king size, we then were sent to our room which is in the furthest building away, we drag our bags in during a heavy rainstorm only to find two queens, we were soaked, tired and didn’t want to drag our luggage back out into the rain storm, drive back to the front desk to start again and decided to just deal with it. (The hotel was not full, the parking lot was pretty empty) Due to a delay in traffic we arrived around 1am, they did make sure to surprise us with a charge for parking for the day before when we were NOT there. The charge came in an email after we had checked out and left. They also never mentioned a daily parking charge at check-in. The only reason I picked this hotel was because of the hot tub, which was not operating. To top it all off on our last night, I went to get into bed and was met with blood stains on the sheets that were put on by housekeeping that day. Stay anywhere but here!!!

Pretty cool place with very nice staff. Had one incident with newcomers being loud late at night, but the building was clean & updated, but the staff was awesome. Highly recommend.
