Front desk was really nice , But our room bath-tub was clogged , other then that the room could have a better smell to it bed is comfy and room is spacious .

Bad Management-top to bottom. Awful Experience. Never booking another Wyndham Hotel Again.

The experience began when checking in. The young man when preparing my room keys advised me that I should not have given my personal info up to the Wyndham website, in his words "You just gave a third party your personal information, they could do anything with that!" While I agree with him, but it's not something you want to hear from a hotel group that you hope you can trust.
To be fair the new beds were nice and the breakfast was decent.
The toilet ran all night long. The renovated rooms had broken caulk in various places. There was no microwave, and no refrigerator. Look at the photo of the Wiring Box exposed inside of the Elevator!
When I looked to see if there was an ice bucket, there was none. I grabbed a shopping bag and found an ice machine on my floor, thinking I'd fill the bag and sit it in the sink to keep my kid's milk from spoiling. When I pushed the ice machine button, it churned and groaned, but nothing spewed from it's mouth. So I looked for another and found one on the first floor...this one had a faint churning sound and no ice cometh.
I went to the front desk to ask if they had any ice or any ice machines that I could get some ice from...at first the same young man said no, you have to go to the 3rd floor because there is the only ice machine that works. I replied with a "not anymore". He said, "maybe you're doing it wrong". I argued, "there seems to be only one way a person can use an ice machine and that's by pushing the ice release button". His manager looked over and suggest he get some from the back. 2 minutes later he handed me my shopping bag back filled with ice. Sheesh.
But the nightmare began when we realized that we left something of value behind when we checked out.
The next day when we arrived home from Universal Studios, we discovered this important item was left behind. So we panicked and called the hotel. And called the hotel, and called and called and called. No answer. Left a message, no response.
Two family members drove back from where we live 90 minutes away to try to retrieve this item. The staff at the front desk declared that they are new and that the manager was not there and the could not do anything. My family member asked if the item could be shipped back to us via Fedex or UPS? Front Desk: "We don't do that".
Later that day, I called Wyndham corporate support. They opened a case and stated that I would have a response in 7 days. 7 days, meanwhile management is busy not giving a hoot about anything and busy NOT answering their phones.
So in an act of desperation, I call the Wyndham rewards phone line to try and get transferred to someone higher up. The woman was very empathetic and sounded as though she actually cared and wanted to help. She did get me over to some sort of supervisor.
Once I got the supervisor on the phone, I asked him what region or area he supervises? His response was very snarky: "customer care". I said, "that's not what I asked you". He said, I supervise customer care and that's all you need to know. My response was; "okay, I can already see where this is going".
He said all that he could do is send a note to the local hotel supervisor.
I explained to him a similar experience I had staying at a hilton, and that they were not only happy to ship the item back to me but said they would cover the shipping cost.
He said, Wyndham isn't structured this way and that all hotels operate completely independently.
Then he got me off the phone as fast as possible.
Never again!
Folks, next time you're looking at prices or hotel availability, go with Hilton and pay a few extra bucks. You'll be treated better and you will have peace of mind that all will be as it should be, and if it's not, they'll hold themselves accountable.
Wyndham is kinda like shopping at Dollar Tree. I revoke my Wyndham points accrued so far.

I don't recommend it.

bad faces and gestures. I was going to use the laundry and nowhere says I should take change, the app to pay by card that says the washing machine on its cover does not work, I went to the front desk and they told me that they did not have even 1 room to change, I should have left the hotel to look, so they have this service if they can not meet the required? The abandoned facilities, in the room the broken doors, in the window the cold leaks at night, unpainted the walls, and the worst thing was to remove the sheet and see a percussed and stained overbed. People smoking marijuana at the entrance by the pool. The check out was at 1 pm and the door to the room was opened at 12 md. Fatal everything, I would never stay there again.

Room smelled of mold and some smoke. No carpet. Solid metal chair at desk. Ants on desk. No washcloths. Leaking faucet. Walls and ceiling noisy from other guests. Beds and bed linens were comfortable.

I'll was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The room was clean and the bed were comfortable. The TV was struggle but just had to figure out the remote. Which staff willing assisted with.
The breakfast was superb. Fresh and plentiful. The pool was clean and deep going from. 5'-8'. Perfect for us.
The staff here is 5+ Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Every one , and I mean EVERY one was pleasant, helpful, courteous and professional. All strived to to there best. The kind of service that sticks with you and makes you want to come back.
Ownership might want to invest in a few upgrades like small fridges in each room but that's on ownership not the staff
Thank you for a relaxing stay and delicious breakfast.
