In the meantime

I have really enjoyed staying at this location. My handicap accessibility was very important in finding the right place. The staff is very pleasant and professional have exceeded my expectations for what was suppose to be a temporary stay. These 4 months have been great. I hope to find a suitable apartment in this area. The room is clean with a full kitchen the hotel will supply a toaster, coffee maker, and cookware per your request. With raising cost of apartment’s this is a great alternative. Convenient to retail stores, grocery stores and restaurants.

HORRIBLE

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When it was Extended Stay America it was ok. But now the new owner has taken it over and it’s HORRIBLE. It looks like the Getto. U have people outside your window hanging out ALOT and smoking crack and weed and drinking. And then you have people coming up selling drugs. And then when you get inside of the building it’s just pure filth. And smells like dog pee… I have literally stood there and watched people let there dogs pee on the stair way… You can’t go tell any employees anything because there not going to do anything… They tell you to call the cops because there to scared to do it themselves… And then the owner ( he says he’s the owner) Lol but if you seen this man he looks so sketchy and nasty… He literally drives around in a old ambulance. ( Who does that…) And he sits outside with guest and smokes weed and drinks… Please save your money and don’t stay here it’s really really bad….

horrible

the worst customer service.. the hotel was fifty and it smell like weed when you walk in.. not appealing at all.. no one should ever feel afraid in a hotel they pay for... the doors was unsure and they didnt have another room available.. I will never stay there ever...

This location is a huge no!

I was once charged a next . day fee, and my usual weekly fee. this is 8 days right. I was charged a next day fee because the hotels' computers were down. So in essence I for 8 days. They do not accept cash, so they will have a credit card on file. There's a lot of things this hotel does that is different from other hotels. Okay, I pay the eight days. My usual rental payment day is Thursday. So, I tell them, that since my payment day was on a Thursday, after they eight days they still wanted me to pay the following Thursday. Count the days, so that is 7 days correct? So, I came downstairs the following week to pay on Friday. So they accepted a payment amount of $442.00 that was supposed to be discounted from taxes as I had been at this hotel for over 30 days. The fees were still the same and they are adamant about getting as much out of you as they can. Their excuse is the rent changes depending on what's going on, never mind you are a long time resident. Basically, at this hotel...discounted taxes after 30 days is a lure at this hotel. NOTHING really gets discounted. So, don't stay here for any discounts!
So back to the predatory charge for $55.32. I paid for 8 days which includes the day I didn't make it downstairs to pay an additional fee. They know I'm in the hotel, and they know I am coming down. I'm standing in the hall watching a long conversation with the desk clerk and the customer. Finally, they are through and I am at the desk at 11:15. Get my point? The charge is predatory and this location are trying to collect money like street hustlers. So I go to the desk again, in my 3rd week feeling the additional charge was settled. They told me they needed to collect the extra day, and I asking them about the extra day I already paid, and they don't hear me...staying the extra day would have to be paid or I'd have to vacate the premises. I chose to leave. Today, I see an additional charge on my card for the little $55.32. All I could think was...damn...how petty can a business get. Another payment? I was never had to be looked for or called about my bill. I paid and informed very consistently and respectfully. So, this is how they treat you like we live in a military world, while they try to use 15 year ago tactics to collect today's money! They are not responsible FOR ANYTHING, but getting your money. And....even when they try to tell you no one has been in your room? Don't believe they haven't. Will I stay here again....or refer this location? No....your only outlet to deal with any concerns is only handled by this location. They are not like other hotel organizations that have corporate numbers to help resolve issues. This one doesn't. The calls will revert right back to the person you have problems with. All my followers? This is a no! I tried...they didn't! Oh...one more thing...the potholes that are enroute to this location, are deep enough to damage your vehicle.

For a Nice Clean Room

This hotel allows you to be a good clean space if you are relocating. All other things are hotel fodder. Prices are reasonable and it is accessible to the handicap. Near places to eat, expressway, etc. There is a continental breakfast, but places in the area to get a meal.
