Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform LUMA Hotel - Times Square of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We will place a hold on your credit/debit card for room and tax plus estimated incidentals taken at time of check-in if card not pre-authorized prior to arrival. Please note, that breakfast included rates apply for continental breakfast only and is complimentary for the number of guests on the reservation. Any additional guest will be charged for the continental breakfast. Please note, there is a maximum of 4 people allowed in any of the room types except the King Studio - Disability Access has no sofa bed so the maximum guest count is 2, for this room type. Please note, when booking 5 or more room, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Complimentary access to Crunch Fitness Bryant Park is provided from Monday through Saturday. Please check with front desk for additional details. Guests can also request a “Gym-In-A-Basket”, which features the essentials for a full-body workout, including a Bionic Bar, Ergonomic Pushup Bar, Resistance Bands, Ab Wheel, and Muscle Relaxation Balls, for an in-room workout.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
