The best part of the hotel is the lobby. Everything was great except my key failed almost every time I went to enter my room. I found this very annoying, expressed this to the staff, they made me a new key every time but did nothing else to make up for it.

Love the Hotel and location
Room 517 bathroom door squeaks very load woke my husband.
Behind toilet seat old dried pee
The keys didn’t work
We stood in a very dim lighted hallway and tried to get the keys to work for about five minutes, then had to go to the front desk and get new ones. That’s unacceptable.

Lovely overnight stay to explore the city. Decor is very art deco and gorgeous. Rooftop bar was lovely. My only complaint would be the hallway lighting being poor. It was quite dark and made it hard to find the slot for the room key

Arrived at 3:00 - keys were not working. Went out for a walk. Came back at 4:00. key worked only for one of our rooms - by the time we got in the rooms we had less than a half hour to get ready for the opera. Bathroom is ridiculous - just try it. Heater button broken so too hot all night. hand shower did not work. You have to be 6'4" to reach the towels. Ad syas 2 restaurants but there are none.

Very outdated, dirty carpet, peeling paint, rusting doors, peeling off headboard, dirty curtains, dirty bedding with stains. The bar in the lobby wasn’t operating, rooftop restaurant wanted reservation even though it was half empty, it’s too small until rooftop is opened. The door key would get demagnetized throughout the day, and needed replacement.
