Don’t bother staying here!

The guy at the front desk promised me their rooms were clean, it was disgusting! See photos. So dirty and mold ridden fridge it made me sick! Shower didn’t work at all. They charged me 20$ for my dog and it was so dirty I wouldn’t let my dog on the floor, she stayed in her crate the entire time. Don’t stay in this place! I showed the front desk the pictures I took, no apology, no discount….they could care less! Bedspread (super thin crap, had about 6 cigarette burns in them. Mattress cover had coffee spill down the sides, microwave was filthy. Some kinda cap was in the drain. Unfortunately I didn’t see the entire scope of the filth until the morning as I had just driven 14 hours and crashed. Places like this should be closed down!

The cleanliness issues you mentioned, including the condition of the fridge, microwave, bedspread, and overall room, are unacceptable. Please know that we take such matters very seriously. The presence of mold, stains, and filth in any part of our rooms is not reflective of our expectations for our property, and immediate action will be taken to address these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams.
I am also disheartened to hear that the shower was not functioning properly and that our team did not provide a satisfactory resolution when you brought these issues to their attention. An apology and a prompt resolution should have been the very least you received. Please accept my sincerest apologies for any lack of empathy or accountability you experienced.
Additionally, I understand your frustration with the pet fee when the room condition did not meet your expectations. While the pet fee is standard to maintain the property for all guests, I can see how this would feel unfair given your experience.
Your concerns have been escalated to our management team, and we will be conducting a full review of our procedures to ensure incidents like this do not happen again. We are also retraining our staff to handle guest complaints with greater professionalism and care.

The comforter was covered withbcigarette burns. There was hair and filth all over the floor. Half the lights did jot work. Then we finally were given another room. It smelled musky. There was a burn mark on the comforter and blanket. There were what looked like specs of blood on the sheet. They tried to charge us a cleaning fee for changing rooms. They were not apologetic at all. Ended up paying $133 for a room that I wouldn't have paid $50 for.

The first room I was given had a door held in place with wood screws. I requested
a room change... My second room had a door that opened without a key. I gave them a second chance and they still managed to lose my business. I decided that I'd be better off driving through the night.

The stay was absolutely terrible started with the room being dirty washroom toilets never cleaned, towels had stains. Then breakfast went down before ended and they had nothing we ask for some bread and they said no that’s it we have no more.
I would not recommend this place at all.

During our reservation process for this booking, there was nowhere listed that $50 had to be deposited at the front desk that was not mentioned plus it has to be in cash. Furthermore, they forced me to give a receipt before giving the money back that I gave to them for that deposit they were rude and, the best and nicest person they had on staff was the person who cleans the rooms for them. Furthermore, regardless of whether you booked a smoking or a non-smoking room, didn’t make that much of a difference saying that we had to ask for spray To get rid of the Smoky smell
