Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note: Only one pet per room is allowed. The weight limit is 40 lbs. Must contact hotel directly if bringing a pet. Please note that parking is limited to 1 space per reservation. Trailers cannot be accommodated. The front desk closes at 11 PM. Guests arriving later must contact the hotel in advance. Please note that the property requires a valid credit card at the time of booking. Pet Friendly hotel, one pet per room. Dogs only allowed as pets. 40lbs and under, non aggressive breeds. Pet Fee $65.00 nonrefundable plus local taxes. We have only two room types available for pets; the oceanfront two queen room and oceanfront two queen efficiency room.

The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
