Quiet-Serene~Great Service

Our stay at FS Las Vegas was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ( Doorman/Valet) & Front desk agent at check-in! Our room -• spotless and very comfortable with it turndown with ice and dimmed lights and shades drawn! A nice touch of a little arrival amenity and water bedside. Of course the location was perfect & far away from noise & lights of the city. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast in our room •great presentation and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas if you want friendly prompt service.
No casino in FSLV but Mandalay Bay is located downstairs and through the private lockout doors. {elevator room} ( FSLV guest usage only)
Note to readers:⚠️ chair next to magazine table and standing lamp is A SWIVEL CHAIR, beware on how you sit on it ! Hubby fell foward & on to floor.
Thank you FSLV, great as FS employees are up be and the services expected from you all. Doorman/Valet staff! Go Hawai’i!

Always Flawless!

My wife and I are frequent return visitors and the experience is always wonderful. There has not been a single let down at any of our stays. From the unobtrusive attentiveness of the staff, to the pristine condition of the rooms, the promptness of service requests, it is clear that there is strong management in place that stresses attention to detail.
Being able to access all of the facilities of Mandalay Bay from within a calm oasis of luxury is so nice. The secret door that leads straight into the casino is such a good touch and saves some time getting from the FS to the casino and strip.
The spa services are always outstanding as we normally book a couples massage.
Additionally, a tremendous shout out to May at Veranda. May has taken care of us for at least 5 years now and we ask to be seated in her section every time, it's like we're family each time we visit.
Keep up the wonderful work!

We stayed two nights at the Four Seasons after attending a concert with friends and lodging at another hotel. The hotel is nice, but you are almost completely surrounded by the Mandalay Bay complex. Our lodgings were in the top floors of the MB hotel.

Not perfect but we were happy to stay here

I do love four seasons as our stays there across the country have been pretty consistent. We were happy to stay here after a long trip visiting national parks with some rustic lodging. I love that this hotel is off the strip and much quieter, and you’re not walking through smoky, crowded casinos to get to your room. And the service here is quite good. That being said, we were completely disappointed in the breakfast buffet. It’s exorbitantly priced, and although the selections are quite varied, most of the food was cold to lukewarm. Management made it right, but I expected better for a four seasons.

I had a great stay here for 3 nights. The hotel is actually located within Mandalay Bay so you have easy access to the casino and restaurants. The poker room is close by as well. Although it’s at the far end of the Strip, the hotel is a short ride to the airport and you can take a tram to Excalibur, cross the pedestrian bridge and then walk to catch a separate tram at Park MGM which will take you to Bellagio and the heart of the Strip.
