My only complaint was that the fitness center was closed for repairs.

Was checked into a dirty room (had not yet been cleaned/ beds not changed from previous stay). Shower dirty with hair attached to walls & clogged/extremely slow to drain.
We were out all day the following day, when we returned the room, it had not been cleaned. Called front desk to request new towels, was told there weren’t any because no one had turned any in. Was told I could have mine back in 45 minutes if I brought them down to front desk. Night manager informed me that the staff cleans the rooms every 3 days.
