Ocean Mile Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Everything about this place is a scam, starting with their listing. The pictures they use online are fake—they show a completely different hotel to attract guests. The actual property is rundown, dirty, and nothing like what they advertise.
The room was disgusting. The headboard of our bed was so sticky that my hair got stuck to it. It was beyond gross. The coffee maker jug was broken, and there were no blankets—just cheap, thin sheets that didn’t even qualify as proper bedding. They provided only one tiny soap and shampoo, and that was it. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or anything else you’d expect from even the most basic accommodations. The toilet seat was mismatched, with a lid and seat from different brands.
No one came to clean our room during our entire stay. They didn’t change the bed sheets, empty the trash, or clean the restroom.
The final straw was when my brother’s backpack went missing from his room. We reported it to the front desk and the police, but the staff acted like they didn’t care. Their dismissive attitude made it clear this wasn’t unusual for them.
This hotel is a disaster. It’s unsafe, unhygienic, and run by staff who don’t care about their guests. Save your money, sanity, and safety by staying somewhere else. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Stay far, far away.
