Our experience was between Ok and Good! Everything was clean the room was ready when we got there after 10pm. It was warm. Felt good after being in the cold weather outside.
The bed was hard, but clean.
The toilet seat was loose.
Fridge and microwave worked good.
TV worked good:)

The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent - could improve the quality of the eggs. The rooms were very spacious other than the bathroom being rather tight - still functional though. Rooms were clean and had plenty of lighting options and outlets/usb charging ports.
The only “problem” we experienced was a leaky tub faucet in one room and the other room had a small leak in the ceiling when we ran the shower. Not a deal breaker, though.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and we were pleased with the price we paid. Bed mattress was a little droopy but still comfy.
We loved the extra table on wheels!! This was very useful for our needs.

I typically don't like to stay at hotels/motels with outside rooms but this hotel was extremely well lit and I felt very safe. The room is a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. It served our purpose as we were just getting a nights rest before continuing on our road trip.

We found bed bugs when we got up and management wouldn't even come talk to us and wouldn't do anything about it I'm waiting 5 business days to get my money back from trip they were nice about the who situation but best western couldn't care less and yes we have videos of everything

I liked having eggs and sausages included with the breakfast. Good lighting around the bathroom mirror. It looks like the rooms have been partially updated (furniture, wall hangings) which was a plus, but it would be nice if the carpet were replaced.
