Excellent experience!

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service I received at the Magnolia! Bailey, up at the front desk, went absolutely above and beyond in every way—professional, thorough, and truly cared about doing the job right. Bailey exceeded my expectations and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and people who genuinely go the extra mile!

Kind and warm staff. The lobby and downstairs are nicely put together. My room was in unsatisfactory condition. Stains on the chair, walls, bubbles behind the paint, the bathroom door did not close, the entrance door had a chipped piece of door missing about the size of a quarter that looked like someone attempted to break in at one point (same height as the bolt on the other side). Finally, the bathroom sink had scratches all over it that looked like hair but were just dark scratches. It felt unclean (although the linen felt clean). I’m just surprised it passed the criteria for 4 stars. My room was 2 stars. The lobby was 4 stars and the kind staff as well. Will not be returning.

Excellent service

Service was excellent and was probably the highlight of my stay there. Was there for a business conference. Want to give a shout out to Mason and Chris went above and beyond with their hospitality and helped make it a memorable stay! Highly recommend to anyone looking for business or personal travel.

Excellent hotel option for a downtown Denver stay

This old warrior of a hotel of "early downtown Denver" era has transformed into modern subtle comfort for the solo visitor to family without losing its character. I loved the understated ambiance of the echos of an era that has passed.
I had a delightful stay. With a sincerely friendly and attentive staff, this meticulously clean hotel with well-thought out rooms outfitted for creature comforts was a quiet, relaxing cocoon during an exceptionally high stress visit to Denver.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Ample light for reading in different parts of room. Numerous sturdy closet hangers. A safe. Snuggly bathrobe. Herbal toiletries by Lather. Well-placed electrical charger plugs. A large table space to work on. Dual shades on large windows.
Freshly baked cookies in the lobby at 8 pm. Good coffee in a.m. with quality tea selection and a thoughtful selection of "milks".
On-site restaurant was decent with interesting menu selection. Its bar was convivial. A decent unaffiliated coffee/sandwich shop next door.
RTD buses and light rail just steps away. Parking garage adjacent.
Strongly recommend!!!

Great!!!

Great location! Samantha and Paul at the front desk are great. They do a wonderful job at making you feel right at home and were very helpful with recommendations. The milk and cookies are an excellent touch that the kids really enjoyed. Highly recommend this Marriott property.
