Came for a weekend, left with great memories

I needed a room for a couple of nights for an event in Wichita Falls and Decatur was the perfect location in between there and Dallas
.The Manager / Owner Champ was very nice and accommodating with helping me straightened out a misunderstanding on my part. He truly was a CHAMP!
Large parking lot, nice sized room, cold ac on a blazing hot Texas day, clean and comfortable quiet night stay, and breakfast in the morning.
Located right off of the highway and close to all the restaurants and stores, Walmart, Dollar General, Whataburger, Braums, Chilis etc. glad I chose the Lone Star Inn. Whenever I need to return to the area this will be my go to place to stay!

Close to road so loud road noise. Had to change rooms. Then it was fine. Free breakfast is either make ur own waffle or cereal. No eggs. People friendly and helpful tho. Made it better

The lady at the front desk was completely rude. She took my credit card info charged me twice the deposit for the room that it was supposed to be refused to refund the money and then in the middle of the night I got woke up to phone calls and someone beating on my door, accusing me of smoking in the room I’m not even a smoker then proceeded to charge me an extra deposit because they accuse me of smoking in the room it is a family owned business in a small country town and they’re just taking advantage of people driving through

I loved the look and feel of this facility; however, the room we were given was next to I-35 and the traffic noise was not conducive for sleeping. The room was very small, but neat and clean, perfect for "I just need a place to sleep." Access and parking were easy.

It was excellent, great people, location and facilities! Would definitely stay again if in the area! I would give them a 10/10!
