The room was on the 2nd floor near the freeway off-ramp, therefore heard truck traffic exiting the freeway. The AC/heater unit stopped working after 5 mins of usage (power would not come on).

The staff at this property is exceptional. Always friendly and helpful! We stay here at least once a year. Very convenient location just off highway, but quiet. The restaurant selection isn’t terrific as we travel with a dog so always do takeout. It is right across the street from a McDonald’s, however.

They had one toung girl running the entire hotel. The entire front entry, lobby, pool area, and bathrooms were all under construction. I can handle that. The young lady had no help, never saw any other employee there. She was working out of a janky room full of stuff. When she wasnt helping some one. She was out front hanging out with what seemed like her boyfriend. Again she was helpful a d pribably wanted hin there, since no one other employee was anywhere to be found. I always like holiday inns. Not fancy but great for a nights rest and onto the next location.

hotel entrance and continental breakfast room was under construction. talking with other guest that frequent there stated that this hotel is always under construction.
