We are deeply sorry about the presence of a roach in your bathroom. This is unacceptable, and we take such concerns very seriously. Our housekeeping and pest control teams have been alerted and will conduct a thorough inspection and treatment to prevent this from happening in the future. Regarding the broken TV Roku, we apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your stay.
