Very clean and well maintained facility.
Personnel very very nice and professional.
Bedroom and bathroom very clean.

Great location. Great hot breakfast. They had doggie poop stations throughout the property which was very helpful when traveling with two dogs.

visiting granddaughter. Room was clean. Only missing item was cups in the bathroom. Bath was clean and towels fresh.

Our stay was good/great overall...My only feedback was our drapes only closed to the aircon unit on the floor, leaving a 6-foot gap. Unfortunately, the parking lot lighting was right outside our window, and it was hard to get to sleep with the blinding light coming through. Definitely a design flaw. Drapes need to be modified to close all the way.

Great hotel!

While I am a huge Hampton Inn and Suites fan (my choice of hotels every chance), as any business, some excel in service, cleanliness and just overall experience. Our experience from day 1 at The Charlotte/Ballantyne Hampton Inn and Suites was excellent. We had some specific requests and Brooke and Jose bent over backwards to accommodate those requests. They both were very kind and delivered exceptional customer service towards us. Every hotel associate that we engaged with were very nice and delivered service with a smile.
Our suite was very clean and while it was a very busy weekend with a full hotel, we never had a parking issue, a noise issue and breakfast was always yummy.
Can’t wait to return!
