Wonderful getaway for an anniversary.
My wife & I stayed at The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Dec 12-13, 2024, for our anniversary.
Kim at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, but I had issues with my reservation, so she called Jared to help.
Jared is extremely friendly, funny, and very helpful! He made us laugh, feel very welcomed, and made our anniversary trip very memorable.
Jared went above & beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay.
Every interaction was warm and welcoming.
He helped with our check-in, coordinated our parking, helped with billing issues, and gave lots of great recommendations & access to the pool area while we waited for our room that be cleaned.
His recommendation to go relax and get some drinks at Hanyo while our room was getting ready was perfect.
Ashlinn, who helped us at Hanyo, was incredibly nice, knowlagabe & very friendly.
She took care of us & made us laugh as we enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck.
Once our room was ready, Kim got us our keys and helped us on our way.
I couldn't remember everyone's names, so I called and spoke with Laura Z, who is also very friendly and went above & beyond to get everyone's names for this complement letter.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return & spend more time at your lovely establishment that is staffed by incredible people!

One of the best properties in Arizona and best Sheraton in the World!
The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is a terrific hotel! It is such a unique hotel located in the desert with many wonderful amenities. It has many activities for anyone's taste. My wife and I decided to do the two person water peddling boat which takes about an hour to fully complete. It was so peaceful and saw some nice birds and ducks along the route. Julia who manages the area was so sweet and helpful. The front desk team including Max who checked us in was fantastic. He even kindly walked us to the water activity area personally to make sure. The entire team at the restaurant Ko'sin was great both at dinner, breakfast and our lunch. FB director Mr. Benner was very kind and even had chocolate strawberries delivered to our room for my wife who loves them. The food across all three meals was quite delicious. The rooms were beautifully designed as well. It should not be surprising what a special property this is because it has long standing management team led by GM Mr. Ahamed who has been at the property for over 20 years.. He is friendly, responsive, and clearly sets the high standard and strong values of the associates. Ms. Schmitz who works with Mr. Ahamed and been at the property similar a long time was so helpful, gracious, and proactive helping ensure our stay was impeccable. The warm hospitality including nice notes, treats, and gifts were quite thoughtful and very much appreciated. My wife and I are quite excited to return to this amazing property! This is one of the best hotels in all of Arizona and the best Sheraton property in the world. Anyone who comes to Arizona would regret not staying at such a special and unique property with a world class team!

Amazing property. Very clean and wonderful amenities. Nice hiking trails around the property and golf course. Quiet and away from it all while also close to everything you would need.

Check-in issue
Pros: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel common areas are beautiful and inspiring. Enjoyed walking the trails and surrounding area. The buffet breakfast was very good.
Cons: Upon checking in, the front desk person insisted that my reservation was for member price and I can only get that price if I join their membership. I told her that I am always very careful with my reservations and I did not select the member option and no where on my confirmation email, it says this is a member price. She kept repeating herself and saying that she does not know if and where on email would say the price option. I chose to pay $$/day above my reservation price. I do not care that they offer free membership. I did not choose their hotel to be part of their club. They should be upfront with their prices. If they have multiple options, they should identify that in their reservation email to be fully transparent with their guests.

Don’t Miss this Great Resort
By far the best hospitality I have ever experienced! Everything from the room to the food to the service from hotel staff was superior. Pool is warm enough to enjoy when it’s 60+ degrees and sunny outside. We had fun doing the paddle boats, walking the trails and seeing the horses. Nightly social snd entertainment. And a plus is the nearby outlet stores and casino (we were winners). Shout out to Mica, Kim, Steve and Aliya!
