It was a awesome stay at this motel wish more employees were this nice felt like family to me and my boyfriend yall

I stayed here and was greeted with a great personality of employees they were excellent and courteous couldn't ask for better people while staying with yall it was A plus for the room and employees felt like family during stay ....Employees were great....

Noisy Room

We always choose Holiday Inn for its cleanliness and comfortable rooms but this trip left a bit to be desired. We were on the ground floor and could hear kids in the room above us after 9:00 pm, management called up and it stopped. The walls seem paper thin, if someone was on the shower, you could not hear the tv. The air conditioning unit was loud and woke us each time it went on. The bathroom was clean, except for a moldy shower corner but the curtain was full of holes and there was a hole in the bathroom door. Considering the price point ( and the competition) surrounding this hotel, I would expect more. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of travel but expect to use it later if you don’t want to swim with kids. The ladies in the breakfast room were very sweet and helpful.

We were doing a 2 night stay. We were put next to the breakfast room on the first floor. We asked about moving that night but it was all they had. The ice machine was next to us. From about 10pm-12 am the ice machine was used about 100 times. There is enough light in the room to land a plane for those that enjoy no darkness. At 5:00 am the breakfast people started talking loudly in front of the room and the ice machine ran non stop, the banging of doors and food containers was also non stop until 7 am. (Think rock band) I went to the desk which was around the corner to ask if we could move for that night to a different room. The man said not unless you up grade your fee. I explained the situation and that I had a 9 hour drive the next day. It wasn’t his problem unless we paid more. We checked out and found another hotel. Never again

No one was there when we were checking in and had to wait around for a bit. No towels in pool area and pool was pretty cold. Weird popping noise by door in room made it hard to sleep and then an alarm clock went off at 5:48 (had looked for one and didn’t see it so thought I was okay).

Nice room
Walls are paper thin. Could hear all the noise in the hallways
Need better security in the pool. Under aged kids should NOT be in the hot tub
Breakfast was tasty but variety from day to day is essential.
Price was very readonable
Great location to the highway.
Lots of restaurants around for convenience.
