Good place to stay for Logan.

Great place to stay for an early flight out of Logan. Check-in was smooth. I received a nice room that was spacious and overlooked Downtown Boston. The room was good in every manor applicable. Nice bed, Space to move, Nice bathroom and decent shower. Free shuttle in the AM for my flight. Only drawback is that it was not at the airport, 10-15 minute shuttle drive in.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was advertised as having a pull out sofa that was not included (but we did not need).

A fine choice near Logan

The hotel was a predictably fine Courtyard Hotel. It was nice that they had a decent restaurant on-site. It was just a couple of miles from the airport, so a convenient overnight before an early morning flight. The early morning shuttle worked well in the morning, but my biggest beef was that we waited over an hour for a pick-up at the airport. Frustrating!

We went for a little weekend getaway! Room was very nice and comfy bed! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Disappointing noisy and “windy” room

The room I received had an unusual shape with a small entrance with sofas, a corridor with the sink, and the bed at the other end. From afar it would have almost looked like a junior suite! Apart for the comfort!
The door was absolutely not isolating the room from the rest of the hotel, and since the room was located in front of the elevator that was not only a lot of noise but there was also a continuous very cold wind coming from outside the room… the room, and the rest of the hotel, would really need to be fully refurbished.
The only pleasant part is the lobby, which is large and quiet.
Finally, breakfast was really miserable (oily, overcooked) making this an overall poor experience.

You’re absolutely right—the layout of that particular room does differ from our more traditional configurations. While many guests enjoy the additional space in the foyer and living area, I completely understand that it may not have suited your preferences.
Had we known during your stay, we would have been more than happy to move you to a room with a layout that better matched your expectations.
On a positive note, I’m pleased to share that we’ll be undergoing renovations next year, which will help us offer an even more comfortable and consistent experience across all rooms.
