Lovely stay

Love this hotel, second time staying here. We got a great room on the ground floor, room 11. Only criticism would be no plug socket next to the mirror for doing hair. Very good breakfast. Clean and comfortable hotel. Great location for visiting Ripon center.

From the minute we walked in ALL the staff were amazing, so helpful, cheerful, they never stopped. We had a lovely stay the hotel was very clean & warm (once we found out how the towel rail worked !!) Thank you for a memorable trip

Excellent

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly and efficient, everywhere spotlessly clean. Food was wonderful, obviously good chefs. Room and beds very comfortable, great nights sleep, the ensuite very spacious and modern, everything in perfect working order.
Our room at the side of the hotel, very quiet, no road noise and overlooking the park next to hotel.
Will definitely return, so much to see in the area, plenty to keep you occupied.

Excellent Stay at the Ripon Inn

We booked this hotel on the winter special deal. We can only praise the staff and facilities here. Daniel needs to have a special mention as he made us feel very welcome and friendly. All the other staff were exactly the same but unfortunately we cannot remember their names but were a credit to the hotel.. The room was great and very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The food choice was very good as was the quality of it, at reasonable hotel prices. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel and we will be going back.

Warm welcome on check in and lovely hospitality throughout our stay from everyone we encountered. Nice breakfast choices and good restaurant menu. Perfect location for the town itself and access to the surrounding area.
