The hotel had a welcoming and accommodating team of staff. The food in Carluccios was delicious and nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was a good size with a balcony and the beds were comfortable.
House keeping had forgotten to put any water in our room but this was quickly rectified when we phoned down to reception.

House keeping is not attentive enough. No replenishment of simple items like tea.
No slippers unless asked.

The hotel offers a mixed experience that earns it 3 stars, as it's overpriced for what you get.

The standout feature is undoubtedly the staff - exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made a significant positive impression.
The hotel shows its age in several ways. While the pool and sauna area are clean, maintenance issues are evident. The showers have some mold and flies. Paint is peeling in places, and rust has formed on various handles. The shower heads, though functional, are partially broken. The dressing area locks ventilation.
Our room was adequate but lacked sufficient storage space for four people - nowhere to organize clothes and shoes properly. A particular inconvenience was the absence of any drying arrangements on the balcony for wet swimwear or fitness clothing, making it difficult to dry items between uses. Given the price point, I would only give this hotel 3 stars. The rate charged is simply too expensive for the actual experience and facilities provided. While the service is excellent, the maintenance issues and functional limitations don't justify the premium pricing at the London Marriott Hotel Regent's Park.

Dear Guest
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent stay at the London Marriott Hotel Regent’s Park.
While we’re truly delighted to hear that our staff left such a positive impression with their friendliness and attentiveness—something we pride ourselves on—we’re equally disappointed to learn that the condition of the facilities and the room fell short of your expectations.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the maintenance issues you encountered, particularly in the pool and sauna areas. The presence of mold, peeling paint, and broken fixtures is certainly not in line with the standards we strive to maintain, and your comments have been shared directly with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate review and corrective action.
We also regret that your room did not provide adequate storage for your party, and that the lack of drying options for swimwear caused an inconvenience during your stay. This kind of feedback is essential for us, and we are actively exploring ways to improve both functionality and comfort in our rooms, especially for families and larger groups.
We understand your concerns about the value for money and are sorry that your experience did not reflect the premium standards you expected. Please rest assured that your observations will be part of ongoing discussions as we plan for future upgrades and improvements.
Once again, thank you for highlighting both the positives and the areas in need of attention. We do hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the high-quality experience you deserve.
Kind Regards
Duty Manager

It feels a bit like being in faulty towers

This was a tough one to grade . Check in great, room and position very good and for London I thought the rate was also reasonable.
The TV didn’t work so after 2 days and 5 calls the maintenance man came and explained it doesn’t work ..another room was offered but it’s such a hassle moving I decided to stay without a TV in this room 533. What I don’t get is if they don’t change the TV the next guest will have the same issue ?? We are here 4 days.
Enter the lift and the photo shows a delicious breakfast with a bowl of berries and berries on every dish..of coarse the breakfast which is good but busy did not have a berry in sight .
Housekeeping doesn’t restock coffee machine capsules or water.
On the flip side there is a pool and gym and overall I still would come back based on the room comfort and price and they do try to meet your needs in a faulty tower sort of way .

Stay elsewhere

Took one hour to checkin, lied to, stupid irritating front desk staff, didn't listen. Sent to room which was inhabited. Finally Offered a room , which they could have done on arrival
Given free club access, which is a joke. Stayed many times, this time awful.
