We had come into Bristol on a late flight and had a meeting next morning.
Big room comfy bed, bit cold at first and had to switch on heating.
Very pleasant stay.

Been using this hotel for many years, service is good, communal areas are nice and modern. However on this particular trip the room allocated was incredibly poor and dated. The bathroom fittings were old, couldn’t establish what was the hot / cold tap as all markings worn off. The room was so hot and no method to turn heating down. This room just needs a complete refurbishment.

Poor quality room . Window would not close as old wooden ones so no way to shut out road noise bath enamel had large patch missing. Breakfast was ok but one heat tray was missing lid so has browns were cold ans sausages were very uder cooked

Hotel, though an older building, was very clean and warm. Staff very helpful.
Wifi was free snd there were no issues with it. Price readonable and not too far from city

It’s a house and all the rooms are bedrooms apart from the bathroom and kitchen. It’s too hot and I didn’t even have a window in my room. My door opened out into a small shared kitchen which was both convenient and noisy/hot. This is my own personal experience though. Please have your own. I did read another review another site after staying and I couldn’t disagree with the headline I thought was fair when retrospectively reflecting on the stay I had which was ‘at least I didn’t die’ And yea it was right that could have happened but it didn’t so that’s good
