The Oak House

The Oak House is situated in the medieval town of Axbridge, at the foot of the Mendip Hills and looking out over the natural beauty of the Somerset Levels. Cheddar Gorge is only a 5-minute drive away and is the largest in the UK. Free WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities are included in all of The Oak House's rooms. Parts of the hotel date back to the 11th century and original features include an ancient well and a large inglenook fireplace.
