Please inform Hampton by Hilton Ashford International of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. If anyone is found to be or has been smoking in any of our rooms will be liable for a fine of £250.00. -If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 7 days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
