Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Dubai International Terminal 1, 2 & 3 transfers (arrival/departure) can be arranged on a private vehicle on request with an additional fee, guests must contact the property at least 24 hours in advance to request all above services. Please note that housekeeping service is provided twice a week for monthly and weekly rates. When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
