Please inform Bab Al Qasr Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In case your booking is on a half-board basis, New Year Gala dinner is not included in the half-board package booked. Kindly contact us directly if you would like to book a table for gala dinner which is separately subject to applicable charges. Guests who have booked room with breakfast, dinner or both will not be entitled for Ramadan Iftar or Suhour. Instead, international buffet will be served at the all-day dining restaurant. Iftar or Suhour can be purchased at the property directly.

A municipal room fee will be charged per room per night during the stay. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel.
