When we were leaving the hotel, I said to the very kind doorman that Brix will be one od the key reasons for iur eventual second visit of Trinidad and Tobago. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is outstanding (you can experience reachness of Trinidad cousine). Roof bar is very nice, drinks are very good, food is reasonable, but not to be recomended. Staff is kind and efficient, even for standard of kindest Caribbean country we have visited - Trinidad and Tobago. So, If you chose Port of Spain, Brix is our recomendation.

I’ve stayed at The Brix 3 times, referred four other stays because I LOVE everything about The Brix, this time the customer service was off and the accessibility to the roof top was weird and I feel like the guest should be notified when there’s a private event, instead of having the guest go to the roof top and have to be turned away!

I came back to Trinidad after six weeks and would not consider another hotel in the area. The Brix is a contemporary oasis, in the middle of all the action, yet tucked away with magical views in Cascade.
Moselle, at front desk was extremely friendly and made the stay extremely warm!
The hotel taxi CRTM with the driver Junior is extremely reliable and our go-to for every trip. Nariasha, the waitress at breakfast was AMAZING! There are so many others, especially a kind lady who greeted us by name each morning at the buffet.
Once again, I really wouldn't look at any other hotel... ever! See you soon again!

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at. Even checking in was amazing because of Joshua and Sudhaa. They were down to earth and professional and they informed us of all the good food and things to do in the area. Even the doorman Nate was really nice and helpful. Also Aya and Shanyce were great at the coffee area/bar. Shanyce recommended the best drinks for me and my wife. The hotel is extremely clean and the room had an amazing view. I definitely would recommend this hotel. The staff will go over and beyond to make sure you’re happy.
