Quiet in Town

Very good location and nice room. Not far from the city but has a quiet environment and good price with local breakfast. And have a parking lot which is very convenient for some road trip. Near by are some nice restaurants also, very easy to go there.

Clean Room and cozy bed

Lot of free parking area and well security checked, the room was nice and cozy. And it's convenient location. 3 Styles of Room to select. If you want to stay in a local decoration, choose the room in the second floor. If you like the room with loft style, choose the third floor. And the forth floor is for modern and chic people.

Lovely hotel

I enjoyed my one night in a beautiful quiet room here. The staff are super friendly, breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient for me as I was catching the bus to Pakse, Laos the following morning. The bus station is 15 minutes walk away, Big C shopping center and market less then 10 minutes. You cannot buy the bus ticket in advance so best to the terminal early (8am, bus leaves at 9.30).

Normal hotel for normal price....

The hotel is close to the Center of Ubon. Rooms are correct, the bed linnen fantastic soft and very comfortable feeling, but the bathroom can use some renovation, for a hotel that had a grand opening may 2015, the bathroom was outdated and not clean. Brown and black decolourized silicone fitting. The water was not getting warm enough and the water stream could be stronger. Breakfast buffet ok. Staff friendly and concerned. For the price I paid I was expecting a higher class of room, especially bathroom

Good cheap accommodations, but out of the way

I was there for the funeral of my little 10-year old girl, so that may have made more grumpier than usual. But all the accommodations were basically fine, with one exception, the shower. The problem was no separation between the shower itself and the closet area, so if you took more than 30 seconds or so for the shower, the water leaked into the closet area, and the floor became very slippery.
The breakfast was edible. But this place was quite inaccessible -- about a kilometer from the main road (Chayangkul), and then another kilo or kilo and a half to the shopping center at Soi 16 (where the Sunee Tower was located). So to shop and carry back groceries was impractical.
I hired a taxi by the day (8am to 8:30pm) so we could all get where we needed to go (2,000 baht, about $70) .
Oh, and the name is Da Proud, not De Proud
