Overall excellent. Disappointing check out
You can walk to centre in 25mins or wee truck in for 2.50pd each one way.
Sadly on check out we met the only impolite member of staff. She was not happy from the start. She then rang to check our room. She said you owe a laundry bag so need to pay 300baht. I was really confused as we didn't even see these bags or use laundry. She would not listen to me which is a shame. If she had have explained even where they were in the room i might have clicked its possible its in with my clothes. As it happened we had a taxi waiting so I paid. At airport I checked and this daft wee bag was amongst my underwear lol . It looks like the bag was kept in the drawer that I used for underwear.
I mention this more due to her bad attitude. She was a one off and it's a lovely place. I emailed back apologising that it was amongst underwear and I suppose I have a relatively expensive laundry bag I will never use lol. If staying make sure you pay attention to all the stuff in the room as staff take photos daily ie slippers dressing gowns etc
Fully recommend staying though. If hotel manager reads this you probably will know staff member as in the land of smiles we got zero smiles

Active Family Fun
Our room felt spacious, allowing us to spread out without feeling cramped. The staff was generally helpful and everything ran smoothly. The laid-back atmosphere allowed us to recharge, and our kids came home with plenty of stories to share. If you enjoy a bit of adventure mixed with relaxation, this place fits the bill.

Relaxing Family Retreat
A standout feature was the cooking class they offered. We had a chance to prepare a few Thai dishes, plus a sweet dessert, which turned out to be the most memorable part of the visit. Another perk was the restaurant’s ocean view, perfect for enjoying breakfast while the kids played. If there’s a minor drawback, it’s that the breakfast choices could be a bit more varied. Still, it’s a comfortable spot if you want some peace and a relaxed pace.
