a bit pricy for hotel at this grade, but free breakfast.

穿过很狭窄的一个小巷，看到昏暗的酒店前台。入住时办理的是个本地老人家，只会泰文。用手机翻译软件交流半天，并且交了500泰铢押金后收到一个老式的🔑与取电卡。打开老式木门首先看到的就是柜子里面是坏的，挂衣服的杆子掉下来了，隔板也摇摇欲坠。再往里走就看到一个“小强”趴在老式冰箱上盯着我看。左手边的洗手间里面很是破旧，没有洗漱用品。没有拖鞋，床单，被罩，枕套都是发暗发黄。还有股味道，因为入住较晚没法再计较。当时就提交修改订单取消后二晚的住宿，携程显示待商家同意。没办法只能合衣睡觉，夜里竟然被只大苍蝇🪰给唤醒，就这样折腾的一夜没睡好。
然而携程提交的修改订单竟然被拒绝了。跟携程多次沟通说他们已经跟商家沟通了，商家不同意。他们跟商家是合作关系，为了弥补我的损失给我63元的补贴，我不同意后说给到120多的补贴，再次不同意后说最多就是20%。就这样的处理结果，感觉携程与商家既然是合作关系为何不对商家约束？这样的店分明就是欺骗消费者。携程的如此不作为严重损害了消费者的权益。携程赔付的20%我不需要，损失的623元我回国找消协投诉处理！
