Located on a cliff on Tenerife’s north coast, this apartment complex has a year-round outdoor pool. Apartments have a terrace with views of the ocean and beach below. Each rustic apartment features tiled floors and a living room with a sofa bed and TV. There is a bathroom and a kitchen and dining area with a fridge, ceramic hob and oven. Buffet breakfast is available at Apartamentos Playa de Los Roques. There is a bar, snack bar and restaurant. The complex offers 24-hour reception. There is a laundry service and you can hire a car from the tour desk. Puerto de la Cruz is a 5-minute drive away.

Beautiful location, with amazing seascapes. A challenge if you have mobility issues.
Some staff like the night porter do not speak English but were still welcoming when we arrived.
The reception staff are great, particularly Agostino who was brilliant.
Agostino and his colleagues were very helpful with directions, calling taxis & general local knowledge.
Streets are very steep so not good for people who have limited mobility.
The Wi-Fi is patchy & intermittent which is frustrating. Phone signal is poor - great if you want to be out of touch.
Breakfast offers good choices unless you're vegetarian. My husband is vegetarian so found his choices of hot food very limited due to meat in almost everything, including scrambled eggs.
The location is amazingly beautiful and stunning.
Most of the guests here are German and very nice and polite. Some guests are Spanish.
We met one American & his Albanian wife.
People tend to smoke everywhere - during breakfast which is inconsiderate, unhealthy & disgusting.
Young children were here and should not be exposed to passive smoke.
We hate cigarettes & smoking so it reduced our enjoyment of our balcony.

You open the door and it's exceptional... as if you were struggling at sea with the large bay window.
The rooms are spacious, 2 have a balcony overlooking the ocean.
Bubble bath in one of the 2 bathrooms.
The pool is very good size and refreshing. We had it to ourselves since the weather was not at the
rdv...
Our apartment was really luxurious and it is probably the best value we have had since our trips.
The complex looks aging and is not complete as of early July.
Holidaymakers probably prefer the southern sun.
In short this complex would have been inaccessible if it were located in adeje or other...

Terrible experience - left after one night, no refund given
The blanket was very old and very thiny so was very cold to sleep, apartmentthe was not well-maintained, and overall, it felt neglected. We tried to address the issues, but there was no proper response or solution offered.
Unfortunately, we had no choice but to find another place to stay. To make things worse, they also refused to refund our money, even though the apartment was clearly neglected.
This was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. Avoid this place unless you want to risk a terrible stay and losing your money!
Would not recommend this apartment unless serious improvements are made.
