Risky option

At arrival they asked me to cancel my booking and get another place, the host was not able to drive there to open up the lodge for the booking.

Our worst B&B experience

This is the worst experience of a B&B in our life. TA you must rewrite your overall review and photos because they no longer represent that which is being offered today. We arrived for a booking made months ago to find the place locked up. A handwritten notice on the wall gave us a number to ring. It took 15 minutes for a lady to arrive who can only be described as a casretaker. She advised us that the owners, who are the staff, had gone away so there were no staff there to oversea anything. The reception/lounge smelt musky as if not used for weeks and was quite unclean. On viewing the bedroom there was a large stain on the carpet, a glass half full of water by the bedside and no toiletries in the bathroom other than a half used shower gel.
We were also asked for our bank details so money could be placed in it to cover the cost of breakfast which we could obtain from a cafe down the road!!
Needless to say we left after 20 minutes and our travel agents arranged alternative superior accommodation elsewhere.
PLEASE IGNORE THIS PLACE - IT REALLY IS DEADFUL.

Not really a BnB

We arrived to a not ready/clean room, no real reception area after stipulated Check-in time. We proceeded to get ready for CTCT to be told what says bed and breakfast included is not infact true, not the BnB sign by the front door. The aircon had no remote and no fan in the room, front lady couldnt help us with this. Right by the street and noisy throughout the night, morning bustling with people in and out of security gates right by your window.

Not 3 star or “Bed & Breakfast” - Disappointed

Although the place was quaint and views were stunning - the house was showing signs of little maintenance. Parking is a nightmare. I didn’t feel like there was value for my money. I regret not booking into the local hotel at a similar price.
However the host was friendly and helpful.

Room for Improvement: My Stay at Liberty Lodge

Despite the overall spaciousness and pleasing aesthetics of the room, several nuances detracted from our overall experience. Upon arrival, we waited outside for approximately 15 minutes, attempting various means to gain entry – knocking, ringing the doorbell, and calling the displayed numbers – all to no avail. Eventually, the host appeared and granted us access.
The communal cupboard on the lower floor, equipped with a microwave and utensils, emitted an unpleasant musty odour. While cleaning one of the plates, I requested a cloth for drying and was handed a used, soiled one. Throughout our stay, the host was intermittently unavailable, and their presence was not consistently noticeable. Inadequate towel provision became evident, and upon inquiry, I was given a damp one. Furthermore, the wifi connection was notably poor. Adding to the discomfort, our downstairs neighbours were loud, with their conversations echoing late into the night.
