Room without windows, enough showers and bathrooms yet indeed they are quickly not clean anymore despite daily cleaning. It was well cleaned, yet there is no investment made into the property, so some people might consider the signs of years of usage as dirt. All in all, for the price you cannot expect more. Stayed in a single room. No AC.

The quiet hours were not adhered to. Also, walls are thin and you can here when someone is using their phone. Some equipment inoperable.

The worst stay I've ever had in my life.

The worst stay I've ever had in my life.
We were given a room with a window to the outside living room and we couldn't breathe inside because of the smell of tobacco.
On the day we arrived, the room had a strong smell from deep cleaning, which made the bad odor, noticed hours later, disguise the situation. The smell quickly disappeared after a few hours and over time it turned out to be a room with such a strong tobacco odor that it appeared to be more of a junk room.
After informing the reception, the devaluation given by the receptionists was even greater due to the filthy smell of tobacco inside the room.
I don't advise it.

TO FLEE !!

Dismal welcome, deplorable experience, plus we are systematically hung up on without explanation.
We had booked a room for 2 people and 3 nights, when we arrived we were given a kind of sinister and completely unsanitary studio (see photos), moreover the lock on the door did not work, it was impossible to lock it.
We reject this option and request another alternative.
Faced with the hotelier's lack of motivation and professionalism, we decided to request a refund for our stay and find other accommodation in a hurry. I would like to point out that we are 2 young girls making a first solo trip and speaking very little. Portuguese.
A few days later, despite the agreement of the hotelier, I noticed that the amount was debited despite this commitment, the latter affirming that we did not show up, fortunately we took the attached photos attesting to our arrival.
Establishment to absolutely avoid, bad faith, unsanitary conditions and obvious lack of probity.

Didn’t end up staying because it was dirty and super old. The staff was super lovely but considering the area and the status of the stay, we could not do it. There were much better options and keep in mind this place is super far from where you want to be in Lisbon!
