nice hotel

Nice hotel. Very nice Staff. Good restorant and food. Good wooden interior in rooms. Liked everything. No dislikes. Aviation pictures around. Hotel with aviation history all around. Good proposals for business people and meetings.

Good hotel

Stayed there for one night on my business trip to Mielec. Stayed in business deluxe double room which was spacious and clean. I’m not sure exactly what was it but there were some noise - maybe ac installation? Also having tv in lounge where you couldn’t see it from the bed wasn’t the best. Breakfast was ok, fresh and good choice. Overall decent enough hotel if you have to stay in Mielec.

Charming and excellent

I rarely say this: charming staff, who treat you with real warmth and genuine care not just 'professional politeness'. This is clearly thanks to the owner, Iwona Ławruk, as this kind of standard is always passed down from the top (and it usually isn't, which explains bad service in other places).
Clean and spacious hotel. Nice little hot tub and gym. Good food in the restaurant and fair prices. It's perfect for a business trip or layover on a road trip.
One recommendation: a bigger choice of wine, because people will buy it!

Disappointing experience

the hotel is located in the industrial area of the city. In the advertisement the offers include spa and a gym, once we arrived at the hotel we have been given a room which would force one person to walk on the other in order to reach the very small bathroom, we immediately ask to change for a more comfortable room, at much higher price, the standard though was poor with bad mattresses and pillows, the spa is open only on weekdays from 2 pm till 10pm, the long list of services available like manicure pedicure and so on is actually limited to a very poor massage therapist by appointment only, the gym is open at the same time of the spa and only on weekdays. We use the restaurant for breakfast only and is good, service could be more accurate, in general the hotel employees were kind and try to help, but the atmosphere is more for truck drivers than for couples or families.

Nice lunch buffet

I have not stayed at this hotel but have eaten here for the lunch buffet. They have a good variety of items for the lunch and there is typically something different each day. If you are looking for a good lunch and short on time I highly recommend
