Great place to stay

Beautiful views from our balcony and the restaurant. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Slept like a baby and got to watch the TSS Earnslaw make its voyage across Lake Wakatipu. Super cool. Great Breakfast every morning. Central location to all the fun in Queenstown.

Very comfortable stay

We had a lake view room, very nice. Great location and very friendly helpful staff. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant one evening, can definitely recommend it. Only gave it a 4 because if you use the app to order your milk you'll never get it.

Lovely Hotel St Moritz in Queenstown

We had a lovely stay at Hotel St Moritz for a few nights in March 2025. Staff were very friendly and the manager on duty was very helpful and accommodating when we had an issue with our room. Room was spacious and very well appointed. Hotel is on a hill, only a short walk to the pedestrian area, shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Incredible hospitality and service!

Loved everything this hotel has to offer!
The room was very large, luxurious and has beautiful views. Restaurant and bar has great food options and wine selection. Best welcome drink menu I’ve seen at an Accor Hotel (for those with status). However the service from every staff member we interacted with was the standout. We felt very welcome, looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again
