It's ok
Negative points were:
1. bathroom! The bathroom is ready for a royal upgrade.
2. Electrical fittings need to be fixed!
3. It is very dark in the room even with lights on. And only 1 stool to sit on in a double room.
4. The website says that the hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport. It was also written on our booking confirmation. It appears to be "window decoration". The good part was that the hotel arranged pick up for us at the airport for 4 euro. But during our 5 minute ride to the hotel, the inflation in Montenegro apparently raised 50% and we were charged 6 euro by the driver.
Good points were:
1. Good staff! Very friendly and helpful. No complaints about that.
2. Good breakfast. Very friendly lady in the kitchen.
3. good location. Close to the city center, bus station and airport. Actually you can walk everywhere.
4. the hotel provides tourist registration.
5. good wifi
Actually we found our stay at this place quite ok. If the problems mentioned above are fixed, it will be absolutely a good place to stay in Tivat.
As we found out - this business consists of 4 different properties. We booked through a hotel booking engine and that's when you get a greater chance to be sent to the cheapest accommodations. Let's hope that the other properties correspond more with the word royal.

Unique, cozy & boutique
Make sure you get use of a great and affordable restaurant Red Lobster and the sun terrace. Great organic options as most the produce is from local, pesticide-free gardens.
