The property was very nice, clean with a very profesional staff. There was an in hotel restaurant with served breakfast as well as food in the afternoons. The food was very good with alternating variety every morning. The weight room on the 6th floor was nice with a view of the city. The roof top pool was amazing with a beaitiful view. There were so many stores, restaurants and the beautiful and massive sized Tamgamanga park nearby.

In free fall, worse and worse service

I have had to visit the hotel several times during the year, most recently this December.
Each time there has been an anomalous or definitely bad situation due to poor maintenance, cleaning or attention of staff.
Setbacks have ranged from a poorly sealed shower that floods the bathroom due to poor toilet service or lack of supplies inside the room to failures in the two elevators (certainly insufficient for staff and guests).
But on this last occasion the accumulation of setbacks has exceeded the limit.
The cleanliness of the room poor as always but for three days the waitress did not check the lack of shampoo in the room until we told her. Another day the lack of hot water delayed our daily activities because I could not shower.
Every day the intermittent cable TV failures were evident
and as a coloring the breakfast service included worse and worse: They do not resurface the buffet, nor do they clean the tables and supplies are always lacking.
Always dirty aisle carpets go, no longer enough to change towels or even the broken do not disturb padlock on the door of the room.

Shower area looks dirty on the edges also water acomulates while showering took a while to drain felt dirty.

It’s situated in a great area. My first room had an awesome view of the city in the 12th floor but was disappointed because the A/C wasn’t cooling. Had to wait 2 hours for them to diagnose that the thermostat didn’t work in order to switch my rooms.
My second room didn’t have an iron and the ironing board was broken.. the restroom drains smelled like sewage so bad.. other than these 3 things, the place was great. The room service was cheap, breakfast had lots of options, pool was nice. The restroom shower was really nice and the beds were really comfortable. The TV was pretty big and I liked that there’s 2 elevators.

Stay somewhere else, this place was not the clean. Room service doesn’t start until 3pm, so if you miss breakfast you will not be able to order anything from 10am-3pm.
