A very nice B&B.

Casa Carlota is a B&B with only 5 rooms and is quietly located.
Recently renovated, the Hotelito is attractive and run by extremely friendly staff.
Rooms are simple, clean and equipped with king-size beds. The showers/WC small and functional.
Somewhat disadvantageous is that all rooms face the courtyard and are therefore windowed with frosted glass,
since you go through it before.
All rooms have air conditioning (mini split).
Breakfast is small and good. A small buffet of cereals, fruits, yogurt as well as toasted bread, butter, honey and jam.
Here and there there are free extras, such as tacos etc.
It is a 5-minute walk to Santo Domingo Church and 13 minutes to Plaza Mayor.
Although small, Casa Carlota enjoys a very good reputation and is known even to the taxi driver at the airport.

What an absolutely delightful property and staff. Probably one of the best and the most caring staff I’ve ever experienced. We had a great 2 night stay. The property itself is quiet and pretty - you want that after you return from the crowds of Centro. Our room was simple and comfortable. Extra points for the wonderful mattress! :-)
It’s walkable and conveniently located from all the action. Perfect place for a stay in Oaxaca.

A beautiful stay

This was such a beautiful space to stay! The staff are so warm, thoughtful and hospitable, and made us feel completely at home. The The accomodation is beautifully decorated with a fresh traditional breakfast cooked fresh every morning! An absolutely fantastic location in close walking distance to major sites. This was such a special place, where the team make you feel so welcome and at home! Would absolutely stay again!
