10 days at Sun Palace was completely perfect!
The restaurants have high end selections with lots of variety. Although menu meals have icons for guidance, ask the servers for dietary needs as many items can be accommodated or substituted for your needs. We have a gluten free dietary necessity, and the attention and knowledge the servers at Fuego, Thai, Aurora and Trattoria was outstanding.
Room service deserves mentioning as it was delivered so quickly!
Special mention needs to be made for:
Daniela- daytime manager at Aurora really bent over backwards to attend and great you personally even at the busiest times.
Rueben the pm manager was equally helpful and kind.
At Fuego fire grill, Javier was a fantastic waiter with a great sense of humor!
- Enrique was also fantastic at another meal- great suggestions!
- Heraldo and Rene helped to make our evening memorable and special- thank you!
At Trattoria the steak was perfectly cooked and the slow cooked chicken amazing. Armando and Kayla were busy but very attentive and efficient.
The Thai restaurant I think was my favourite. Gluten-free items were specially made and our waiter, Alejandro was the best!!
