Good budget hotel
One possible drawback: hotel is located 2 blocks from a major street. Walking from the street to the hotel, you pass occupied and abandoned homes, and an empty overgrown lot. The area has a deserted look to it. If you are single, you might not like this short wall; however, I stayed 3 nights without encountering problems.

the only issue we had was the hot water was for limited time. but the water even after that was nolc but not hot .
