Very near to the city just an 10min driving distance. Downstairs many F&B shops, Some more have convenience stores also. Many parking as well and Hotel staff are very kind & helpful. Important the price is reasonable~

Good service from housekeeping & front office. But rooms are real dirty, lots of dust upon check in. Towels are dirty, toilet also need to scrub because quite dirty walls. Aircond 16 but not cold enough. Bedsheet and pillow case are yellow. Only the lobby are well maintained, the rooms need much more cleaning.

Room everything is getting old, needed refinisment. TV is not working. Luckily got WiFi working.

One of my favourite basic hotel in JB. The room is not big but good enough.toilet big. bed also comfortable.
