Welcoming and Comfortable

I spent a couple of nights of at this hotel while I was traveling solo in the region. I was very happy with my experience. It wasn't the cheapest option, but it was extremely comfortable and it was really well located. It was a short walk to see everything in the city that I wanted to see, and it was easy to find as it was as it's located by the Easter egg sculpture. The guy at the front desk was very pleasant. I loved my room; it was so comfortable and had all the amenities that I could want. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was convenient and service was good. Not too impressed by the breakfast buffet. Had access to hot water the first day and then it was just like warm water the second day (I purposely chose a hotel with a bath tub!). I appreciated how available they were at the reception.

Really impressed - decent 4* hotel in middle of Vilnius. Comfortable room and excellent customer service at a decent price. What’s not to like!

Awesome International Experience

Conti Hotel was recommended to me by some Lithuanian girls I met on a flight from Helsinki. Im so glad I listened to them. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by an exuberant from desk manager Vitaljuis and Lina and although I didnt have a booking I was given the 5 star treatment. Its great connecting with staff in a positive light and this is how it remained for my 5 night stay.
Now let me tell you about my room and the restaurant.
Room was super comfortable with all the amenities that you could need.
Food was nice choice of tasty meals. Waiters and waitresses were very attentive catering to my every whim. Big thanks to Victoria and Denis.
Breakfast was a nice selection of cold and hot plates with cereals and grains .Filled me up enough to go out and explore a bit of the city.
Now let me get to the best part.....
The owners Claudia and Patrick were an amazing couple very approachable to discuss the hotels architecture and build.
As a very small hotel manager in Sydney Australia I know how important it is to connect with people the minute they walk in the door. The meet and greet and the hello / goodbyes is the factor that brings a return customer.
Would I come back here again . Most definitely as I have a few side trips organised in other Baltic States and Conti Hotel will be my final stay before departure to my home country.
One final word.
Lithuanian people are super friendly and will go out of there way to help you if needed.
Keep up that personal service and positive energy.

Warm and welcoming

Warm and welcoming with friendly staff. Smart comfortable room. We decide to eat in the hotel after arriving quite late. The food was very good although quite pricey. Breakfast was fine, although the hot food was not very hot at all, not helped by being served on cold plates.
Only a short walk from the city centre.
