Nice and chic hotel

This hotel location is not so bad considering only 10min walk from Osaka Station. The room is consider spacious, clean and comfy. The staff at the front desk is warm and proficient in English. Check in was quick even though it was super late after midnight due to flight delay.

Everything was great, the staff, the service, the room and the style of the room, the downside is it's a bit small and the nearest station is 8 minutes away, it might not seem much, but after a long day, it would seem long, especially with luggages. The one thing that surprises me most is the small games they had in the lobby, there's a pinball machine, and other small machines. There are free luggage lockers as well if you need to check out early, you can put your bags there.

Very fancy hotel with very nice and stylish design. Lobby is so cool and welcoming, especially the giant Teddy bear 🧸
Room is quite big for Japanese standards. Well decorated with a nice view. The breakfast was good, with some options to choose from.
I ll stay again if I have a chance to come to Osaka.

We had a lovely stay at Moxy.
The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay nice. Huge plus for laundry machines. The breakfast has everything you need, but I’ve seen better buffets elsewhere. It worked well for us anyway.
Location close enough to Osaka station and Fukushima station is convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Do not come if you are in Osaka for business

The worst experience for a business traveler. Besides front desk staff and a bar staff, all other aspects of a hotel, for a business traveler is poor. Housekeeping and cleaning of the room - terrible. So much dust all around the beds and in the lobby of the room, although "they have performed" daily cleaning service. Dust in the AC gave a colleague an allergic reaction. Breakfast, very simple and always the same. If you come after 8.30am most interesting items are missing. Some things, like taking a Nutella or peanut butter, is so not hygienic, with a same plastic knife. Fresh fruit is missing for the late comers at the breakfast. There is no a working desk in the room, but in the working area in the hotel lobby, you cannot work. It is too lound from other visitors, housekeeping keeps vacuuming around you and never stops, you cannot concentrate. Gym is simple. A travel agency booked this hotel, but i will never come back.
