Great staff and good location.
The hotel doesn’t have an on-site Onsen. The television has non-Japanese language channels which is very helpful. The location is just a 5mins walk to the Nagoya Station; easy walking with luggage and direct train to Nagoya airport. Takashimaya shopping mall is walking distance and there’s lots of eatery and restaurants around.

There is also a 7-11 convenient store just by the entrance of the hotel. You never need to worry about there is nothing to buy or eat desperately at night. There is also a Lawson on the next street, which just takes 3-5 mins to walk to.
We didn't choose the meal packages, however, there are plenty of food and resturants around the hotel, including the Nogoya station.
We choose a Queen bed room on a high floor. It is a bit small, but reasonable. It is quite clean. Toilet and bath room are separated by a glass door. Amenities are fully equipped, if not, there are also available resources to be picked up for free on the reception floor. There are some spaces to place our luggages. Thanks for the arrangement by the hotel, we stayed on the highest floor this time. It was not too noisy even the hotel is right next to the main road, only when the ambulance drove through will be loud enough for us to hear. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A few minutes walk to Nagoya Station. 7-11 is on G floor, so Convenient!
Btw, East side of Nagoya station has more things to do.
