This is a great hotel for travelers seeking a pleasant experience in Venice.
Housekeeping: excellent.
Bar: amazing drinks and great ambience.
Room: beautifully decorated, and they have the best mattress.
This hotel is a 10/10 on a rating scale. It is in a safe and quiet area. A short walk to the hub of all activities. I can’t wait to come back.

Only happiness
A welcome at the top, organized to the millimeter.
A van met us at the airport, then a taxi boat led us to the hotel door.
And back again.
The room (326) was perfect with canal view.
Just missing bathrobes and a coffee/tea maker.
Spacious, organized with a nice bathroom bathtub.
Small touches offered throughout our stay from the staff accompanied by their smile and kindness. (Carnival masks , cookie tin for my husband's birthday, and the last day of kindly offered coffees at the bar before we leave in the afternoon)
The breakfast buffet is perfect, complete and diversified and even offers a gluten-free version (nickel when you have this concern).
A big thank you to the whole team!

Best location for a few days
And: the location up north is wonderful: well located at the jetties, but far away from mass tourism. All within easy reach. Here is also life (in all peripheral districts it is worth living!).
