Mountain life
A hotel with the typical features and scents of South Tyrol. Very kind and caring management towards their guests. My family was able to experience three days in mountain style. Slow times, fresh and clean air, very kind and friendly local people. A stone's throw from the major tourist centers and the best ski slopes. Ten minutes from the cable car that takes you to the Alpe di Siusi and the free public transport tickets gave us the opportunity not to use our car.
Very positive stay, a structure that I highly recommend for spending a peaceful holiday in the mountains.

Tremendous
I thought I had booked a hotel, but instead the bathroom looked like that of a camper.
The only thing that can be saved is the location and cleanliness of the rooms. For the rest I will make a list
- breakfast with only packaged products, even honey in the supermarket tube;
- unavailable and unpleasant staff: they did not help in shoveling the snow for the guests to go out (the owner told us that they were serving breakfast at that moment and would not have done so).
- going skiing, we left the keys one morning at the reception to avoid losing them. Upon returning in the evening we called asking to open the door and the nice lady always said the exact words "I'm in my pajamas, I'm not coming down, I have to go to sleep" when she simply lived on the upper floor. Finally insisting, he had them found under the doormat.
I could go on, but I'll just say: I hope you will find a service of young, helpful and competent people. In any case, know that you have provided a service that is within the limits of what is acceptable. But anyway, considering the area, now I understand the price

A very personal and family friendly place to be
Once you come to this place you feel very familiar. It is not so fancy or luxury but personal, clean and very friendly. A place on a good price value and a great quality.
Even a stop at the BAR for a coffee could be already a place to be. In the middle of the marvelous center heart of Völs / Sciliar. And the place to meet the local people to get some more touristic advices. You should not miss on your Alto Adige Tour.
