Amazing stay ** 5 stars nothing less

Great hotel, well located, Emanuel at the front desk he is just amazing, very professional and friendly, the beds are very comfy, the breakfast buffet was good with good selection. highly recommend, thank you for the great service :-) the 4 Canadians girls xxxx

Buon hotel.

Hotel on paper 4 stars, maybe years ago, however acceptable and not far from the metro stop in Piazza Bologna. The rooms are a bit retro but clean.
Good reception with h24 service, breakfast quite varied.
Prices vary depending on the periods, sometimes overpriced.....

Never hope so again

Three times out of three is not bad luck is inefficiency. Three times you book a DE LUXE room and find yourself in a closet you want to change rooms always the same never the one you pay for.
You want water “there is a distributor”.
Not to mention the education of employees seem to be put there by force.
Clean up this Jane Doe.
But how do you get 4 stars??? Mah

Good hotel in Rome

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour. We were originally supposed to stay at another similar hotel but moved to this hotel. We have done other tours in other countries and this hotel is similar to others we have stayed at on a tour. The room was basic and clean and the breakfast included is similar as well with some pastry, cereal, and yogurt options as well as juices and coffee. The only items of note is that we stayed here in July which is hot in Rome. After being out in the hot weather all day, we came back to the hotel and there is not much air conditioning. Therefore the rooms are hot and not much to do to remedy the issue. I would consider staying here again but never in the summer months. Also, this hotel is a little farther away from the sites in center Rome, so some of the taxi drivers wanted to add a premium to the fare for the extra distance.
